Founded by Rev. Dr. Kadijah Harris-Campbell, Operation JumpStart Legacy was established on the belief that individuals flourish when they are empowered, encouraged, and equipped to move forward with purpose.  Our mission is to serve individuals, families, leaders, organizations, faith-based communities, and businesses through coaching, leadership development, mentoring, advocacy, community outreach, and transformational support services that inspire lasting change.

At the heart of our work is the Feel Deal Heal® Movement—our signature framework for personal transformation.  This life-changing approach encourages individuals to acknowledge their experiences, confront life's challenges with courage, and embrace the healing necessary for sustainable growth.  We believe that transformation begins when people allow themselves to feel, develop the strength and tools to deal with life's realities, and pursue the healing that empowers them to move forward with renewed purpose, resilience, and hope.
